Crystal Light Bed Therapy

So I booked this session as my birthday treat and how I heard about it was through a few a series of synchronistic events.  I actually had the session on the day before my birthday and Alice (the therapist) mentioned that it was probably meant to happen this way so I could settle into the energies on my actual birthday.

What is Crystal Light Bed Therapy? Well probably better explained on the website itself here.  But essentially involves balancing your chakras and the session included:

- a pre-consultation bit (where we talk about how I am and what I do and what I want to work on etc)

- the session itself (which includes healing from Alice herself then letting the crystals do their magic)

- post session chat (to discuss sensations and feelings etc of the session)

I have had complementary therapies before and I've always felt quite spacey/at peace/extremely relaxed afterwards. But with this - I was blown out of the water.  Not sure how to describe it - but felt like I needed to be peeled off the ceiling.  Might have been a combination of the energy shifts that were happening recently and my apparent need to receive healing more.  But took me awhile to get back down to earth.  I was 'twitching' quite a bit during the session which is recognised as a release of unwanted energies.

The bit that isn't mentioned on the website is the 'reading' you get from Alice.  With the help of guides (beings of light or Angels - or whatever you believe in) messages are channeled through on, well, me!  Now that was the icing on cake! She sits meditating in the other room whilst you are being zapped by the crystal lights. Awesome - well it was for me as I had an awesome reading.  I can't remember much of it as I was spaced out when we were chatting afterwards. But made notes once I was feeling human again. But in summary doing well on my path of ascension and more wonderful things are going to take place.  My left and right brain were quite intense apparently and I needed to let my guides help in taking the weight off my shoulders and should learn integration of the 2 sides - not as clear cut as I think it should be. Lots of other wonderful things were said - but they are for me :-)

This therapy is the only one available in the UK at the Hale Clinic, London.  (aka alternative therapies for posh people - not that I'm posh! but the prices seem to be 'posh') 

The session lasts for about an hour (I think it actually went on an hour and a half)

Synchronistic Events

How so you are wondering? I will try and summarise bullet point stylie:

• I heard about the therapy through Karen who works at the Hale clinic
• I met Karen on a group trip to Avebury on 10-10-10, I had never met her before but offered to give her a lift
• I book my crystal light bed session through Karen soon after our trip
• I read up on it and see the practitioners name (Alice Almeida) and recognise the name from somewhere, but was not sure where
• Then I find, on my notice board is Alice's name and number written by her
• I had met Alice already about 9 months ago at one of Paul McCarthy's workshop. She gave me her number then
• I had forgotten I had this piece of paper! Awesome!

Winter Solstice: Upgrade

So we were told we were getting another upgrade on 12th December 2010 for all those with Starseed connections, be prepared to have a big 'shake up' and upgrade to higher frequencies. (We first heard about it at the channeling practice group which was channeled through by one of the group members and then I also found some stuff on the tinternet about it)

Basically translates into: you are going to feel a bit crappy for a bit while this happens. Some may feel only slightly giddy and some of you will feel like you have been hit by a truck.

I am experiencing the latter. But it's all good. Oh did I tell you it was my birthday on 21st Dec? Yeah some special energy presents that day for sure!

I think the crystal light bed therapy I had the day before also helped speed up the 'clearing' process!

I finally had to hand in the towel and embrace this change.  Some of you will know this as the common cold or flu.  This is normally 'stuff' you need to let go of or resolve and well in my case I needed to chill out a bit and with the cough...I feel like there is something I need to 'get off my chest' (maybe this blog is one method) and also with my stiff neck tells me I need to be more flexible with my views (which I think I am!?) so maybe someone is just being a 'pain in the neck" in my life at the moment (ref: L Hay) or maybe I need to balance my head with my heart more and not have the 2 fighting each other.

I also feel like my head is about to explode.  My crown chakra has been buzzing on and off for days since the 9th December and my third eye feels quite intense at times and I am wondering when it is going to be over.  I have not felt like this since the last major upgrade I had back near Wesak leading up to the summer solstice.

Electrics are going a bit crazy...e.g. my kitchen light has been flickering for a bit. I blew the light on my cooker extractor fan.  My mobile phone randomly goes haywire, the night after the crystal light bed therapy, it lit up twice during the early hours as though it was being recharged again.

All part of me adjusting to the new frequencies and letting go of a few old things.

I hope the upgrade process ends soon! But me thinks it's a message for me to sloooooowwww down. Going back to sleep now

The first workshop will concentrate on creating a general channeling style with angels and ascended masters. It is ideal for those who have never tried channeling and is also useful for those who wish to re-visit the important basic principles. It will also give information on the differences with Channeling, Psychic Work and Mediumship. Good channeling is very often about doing the basic things very well and so even if you have some experience the first workshop is important.

In the second workshop you will mainly be working with Star Masters and group consciousness beings. The second workshop will also introduce the important subject of channeling from the heart centre. This is your doorway to the divine and is a profound part of our being which brings different experiences and opportunities to channeling. Most people do not channel from the heart and yet it is possibly the highest form of channeling.

Says it all really.  So yeah I have learnt how to do this and now am practicing and it is awwwesome!   The hardest part is the translation and expression as well as trusting that it works!  Once you get your ego out the way, the words just flow through.  Everyone works differently for me I get visual cue points images or words in my minds eye.  The difficult thing is the interpretation of these images as you don't want to have your ego start filling in the gaps or translating them how you think they should be.  So yeah a new practice group has started so we can get used to it all and practice.  Some of the energies are quite powerful and overwhelming and it's all we can handle, so we just sit there feeling the energies of whoever it is we called in.  It is truly amazing and yeah really way out there, but this is just the start of what we are going to be seeing more of.  

I seem to have a connection with the Pleiades and so they come through to me and they are quite high energy in the heart centre.  The last practice session they came through and turned the room quite cold and my hands were freezing but it went back to normal once they had left.

I've been channeling through messages for myself so far and they have been pretty spot on with what's going on in my life with people appearing almost the next day confirming the message and they don't even know I do this stuff.

Forget the FaceTime with the iphone4 this is the communication upgrade I want!
