So here I am again awake at 1am  not sure what it is i am supposed to be writing but I am being gently nudged by beings of light to go do something - I feel that Vega are wanting to pass on a message so I will do my best as I have never done this before - auto writing or typing in this case...

wec coe with peace and love at this time of change the light is spreading fast becauase of all the work you have don all the light workers have come togetheer at last they are remembering the what they are here to do and we congraulate you in your missions for you have all come a long way on your journey.  some of you are feeling this sense of change is happening and that things are finally happening the seeds that have been planted are finally comging to fruition. people are beginging to see the light in those that are have been switched on as it were.  you are allowing the light to finally shine through and be truthful in all you do think and feel. it is not just the outside facade yoou putting on a 'good' face being kind to others, it is the thoughts and feelings that you are changing  that is pure. pure good hthoughts iand intentions carry the virbation of the higest good for others you are the cahhennls that  are carrying the vibration of the light and love that everyoe is seeking let go of old patterns and fear for you are truly the have made it and fulfulling your missions of sharing the light and do no tfear as we are here to help and guide you too if you want to call on us just call on us

Insomnia!

Yup - it's 2am and I cannot sleep. I've been feeling quite knackered all week, well last few weeks and I feel like I am going at 100mph and there seems to be lots of people are coming forward to me for different things.

It's all good stuff, but I feel like I am 'doing' too many things and cannot get some clear head space for myself and I know it's just another phase of clearing/upgrading/attunement whatever you want to call it and that my energy levels will be back in balance soon - but I wish it would hurry up already!

Old 'situations' are coming up, but I do feel like I am processing things quicker, becoming less 'attached' to things, but then another 'situation' comes up. It is a continual improvement process - and it's flippin' knackering!!

So instead of trying to sleep, I did some reading and then found this blog which made me feel better about it all knowing I'm not the only one going through this!! Thank goodness...although I'm still knackered

2012 The End of the World? Ha...yeah WHATEVER!

What do I believe? Well in a nut shell I know that major change for the better is going to happen in all areas of our lives, how much change is up to each and every one of us! "Be the change you want to see in the world!" (and all that jazz!)

Sacred Geometry & Unified Fields

My friend Lisa gave me this link and I have to say it is one of the best video lectures I have seen covering and linking science with spirituality.  Nassim Haramein really knows how to break quite complex topics down and how it all relates to the world we live in. He's a likeable guy and explains things in a humorous lighthearted manner.

On the Right Track

Yup - received another reassuring sign again from the Angels

I have been umming and arring about whether to just chuck the day job in and take the Reiki full time or go part time or just think about it later.  I took a 2 week holiday and hoping it would become clearer to me, but it didn't. If anything it was worse as I was surrounded by people who were all about money and holding down a steady job.

When I went back to work I had my first meeting of the day and that made my mind up...yup I am going to leave. It wasn't a bad meeting.  It just didn't feel right anymore. Business Analysis is not what I wanted to be doing anymore.  I wanted to be helping people through Reiki.

I wanted the Reiki and now it seems my photography to be the focus in my life.

So...I told the guy that hired me that I would like to leave earlier than contracted and he agreed in principle and double check with the project people I was working with . He knew I wanted to do the Reiki thing. (Phew!)

So off I went to lunch and told a colleague relieved, excited and slightly nervous about it all - but it was done - I had set a date. I leave 17th June.

I then went to the ladies and in the mirror I saw that a feather was stuck in the collar of my shirt. I really had to yank the feather out - weirdness...it was not there is morning.

Then went back to my colleague and asked 'why didn't you tell me I had a feather stuck on my shirt?' .
'But it wasn't there the whole time I was talking to you'....'What? Really?!'....oh, another sign!!

The feather which I have kept which is 3 inches long

Feathers are thought to be communications from Angels letting you know they are there to offer guidance or support.  In this case, it was a confirmation that I did the right thing and that I will be okay.

I did also notice a feather float past our window going upwards when I was talking to someone, it caught my eye. We are on the 8th floor.


And then....on the Friday I saw a rainbow circle in the sky. In fact 2! One above the other - NOT one around the other.  I thought there was something wrong with my sunglasses as I looked up saw part of a rainbow as there was some cloud coverage, I did a double take and realised that part of the rainbow was a circle. One was around the sun and another rainbow circle above it. But I could not capture it quite clearly on my iphone or fit both of them in view. (Use lamp post on right as reference)

Apparently these are also known as Sunbows or Whirling Rainbows. A blessing indeed!  Thanks Angels!

Stay Grounded - I Get it Now!

And I don't mean in a way where you are not allowed out, parents told you off kinda grounding...

We have always been advised that grounding is important, in Reiki, in meditation and well in general before you go outdoors, so you're not always floaty light all the time and so don't get knocked over by a bus when crossing the road etc.

The way I ground is to imagine tree roots coming from my feet going into the floor beneath me or imagining a chain coming from my solar plexus going into the earth. But I have been told that I still seem a bit reluctant to ground properly and have been 'seen' to still be floating a bit, maybe because I want to really be up there with the stars.

 

But it is only recently that I actually understood the reality of why grounding is SO important.

Red Light!

A couple of incidents which happened recently, both involving the car.  It's alright, I am okay - no major incidents thank goodness!  But the first incident was when I offered to help my mate collect some shelving in North London only a short drive away.  He had a new sat nav application on his iPhone and so we used that to find our way...I got so engrossed in the app I nearly smacked back into a van.  Luckily I stopped in time.  Then on the way back, my mate said "did you not see that?"..."What?" I replied..."The red light"....."What red light?! Really? OMG - I totally did not see that". I drove through a red traffic light.

Again, lucky nothing bad happened! As I did not even slow down past the traffic lights.

The Facebook Guy

The other recent incident is when I met the 'Facebook Guy'.  A friend recommended I get in contact with this guy and he sort of made my mind up about publishing this blog as I was not going to.  The FB Guy went through his 'awakening' live on facebook in front of all his friends and got lots of stick for it and was called all sorts but he stuck with it and I thought he was quite brave to do so.  He asked if we could meet up to share experiences and so I agreed.

Before I did, I channeled through a message just to understand the reason of a paths crossing to double check it was okay...and one of the things that came up was that his energy was quite 'scattered and seemingly all over the place' and just to be aware of this.

Anywho, I did all my clearing and protection bit calling on Archangel Michael to help protect me and all that, went to pick the FB Guy up from the tube station in my car, drove back to my place and could I park the car? NO...what the heck?!! I have parked in my space for years without a single problem. Admittedly it is a bit of a tight space, but I have NEVER hit the pillar or the neighbours car of which I did both!

What was going on?!!  I finally parked the car with a bit of positive intention from both of us. Blimey! How weird!

All floaty light...

Then after a great chat, I drove him back to the tube station and I suddenly felt very spacey indeed.  AGAIN I could not park the car, it looked as though the car had grown in size and so I gave up and thought not to risk scratching next doors car again, I parked it somewhere else.

 

I felt off balance, I had forgotten to GROUND myself before meeting him. His energy must have 'knocked' me off balance quite easily.  A bit like the picture above, I think I am grounded, but the 'chain' still has a bit of slack.  Ooops! (He also unknowingly passed over 3 cheeky entities which I managed to remove - but that's a story for another time!)

Why Grounding?

I get it now. These are just a couple of examples of why grounding is so important.  Grounding ensures you are not greatly effected by other people's energies, that you are centered, and know who you are and not picking up on people's weird and wonderful 'vibes'.  We've all been in that situation where you are quite chilled and then Mr/Ms Unhappy walks in and drags you and the rest of the group down. You were caught off guard and affected by their energy.  

Or how about that person who is just not aware of their surroundings, bump into things and oblivious to anyone else in their company not really listening to what you are saying, are they 'with it?' are they, 'grounded?'

Grounding ensures that you are in the 'here and now' and to make things happen in this world.  To be able to 'ground' those great ideas you seem to forever dream about but never do anything with.  To bring the spiritual into the physical, to have greater balance and stability of our emotional and physical state...the list goes on! But now I understand some of them. I am sure in good time, I will learn some more good reasons for grounding!  Right off to get some lead!

Below is some useful tips on grounding.

Below is a list of some of the more common symptoms of being ungrounded. Usually each individual will encounter the same one or two symptoms each time they are ungrounded.

• Dizziness
• Daydreaming
• A feeling of being 'Spaced Out'
• Feeling sick
• Heart palpitations
• Eyes flickering
• Weight gain
• Clumsiness
• Static shocks
• Falling asleep when meditating
• Noise and light sensitive
• Forgetful
• Having brilliant ideas that never happen
• Arguing and unable to get your point across

(Please note that many of these symptoms can also be linked to other physical conditions or illnesses, if in doubt always check with your GP. Light and energy work is complementary to general medicine and should not be viewed as a substitute.)

So how do I become more grounded?

Here are some things you can do to help bring you back down to earth:

• Eating (hence sometimes the weight gain) - healthy & balanced.
• Drinking water
• Walking, especially in natural surroundings
• Sports, yoga, tai chi etc.
• Gardening
• Animals eg. walking the dog
• Being purposeful
• Visualization of roots/colour
• Carrying/working with crystals

What's with the Starseed name?

I've been on many of Paul McCarthy's workshops learning a whole heap of stuff and I realised that no-where in my blog did I mentioned or make reference to the Starseed bit in my blog title....and I am sure you will say You are totally not from this planet mate!  (and I say...Neither are you, dude!)

Starseeds are beings that have experienced life elsewhere in the Universe on other planets and in non-physical dimensions.  Some of the time their motivations to come to earth are to help and serve others as well as the planet herself. Sometimes the reasons are more to do with learning about such things that are not present where such the unique growth opportunities here on earth experienced through the human condition.  These beings very often have gifts to share with others such as in the areas of healing, channeling and spiritual education. For starseeds it is important that they reconnect to their star origins and star connections and fulfil their life missions.  These are the shared and common desires of starseeds. In addition they may have some of the following characteristics:

• A deep interest in spirituality
• The ability to spiritually grow rapidly when needed as if they have done this before
• A realisation that earth is not their true home
• They feel drawn to outer space, the stars and science fiction
• Attributes such as being artistic, sensitive and possessing higher consciousness
• Starseeds can have difficult and challenging lives
• Dreams or memories of places not on earth
• Experiences of physical and non-physical encounters with star guides

Some starseeds choose only to incarnate on earth in periods of more enlightenment and expansion such as in Atlantis, Ancient Egypt and now. This is because their skills and gifts are only of use when consciousness is raising. As such these starseeds are less tied to the earth and retain some memories and abilities that come from their extraterrestrial lifetimes. For these “new age” starseeds their roles as spiritual teachers, channels and healers require them to remember their star origins and purpose on earth. This becomes a strong motivation to seek information about who they are and why they are here. They are supported by their star guides in opening up to this information.  These motivations are not typically shared with most people who do not yet feel these strong stirrings to grow and become self realised.

In addition the term “seed” implies that the starseeds are contributing something that will grow and assist others here on earth.  Indeed many starseeds carry high spiritual energies and consciousness which are contributing to the ascension of consciousness in individuals and in humanity as a whole.  

You what Lily? (I hear you laugh)

I went on a Starseed workshop a few weeks back which was a great intro (or re-introduction) to what Starseeds are all about.  We ALL originate from 'out-there' somewhere and earth is seen as the 'kool' school for learning all about life stuff, where many lessons can be learnt through different lifetimes.  This includes bad and good stuff as well as the middle of the road experiences.

The majority of us are here to have these earth experiences to develop and grow and there are those of us that are "Starseeds" who have come back for specific 'period of more enlightenment and expansion' as Paul says above.  This is me apparently, here to help in seeing others through to the 'Golden Age' that is being talked about.  I know that is quite difficult to imagine a better way of life with all that's going on at the moment, but I do feel that things will ultimately be for the highest and greatest good and that we will learn about the truth soon.

I had confirmation about where I originated from and a reading on what my soul purpose is here on earth this time which was not only mind boggling trying to explain this to someone (I can hear you say 'wahhh, really?') but the message was spot on in terms of what whats going on in my life! I seem to be on track as it were... I just did not realise that I had been fulfilling my soul purpose already in some form or another for quite some time!  And what is my soul purpose?...well that will spoil the fun if I told you :-p  I am sure the people in my life will know the way of the Lilstar.

The Lil*star bit? Well, that's just developed from people calling me Lils then Lilster then my Reiki Master started calling me Lil-star and so it stuck! 

So what about you? Do you want to know where you are from or what this is all about?  Maybe not, I have no idea what 'school modules' you have signed up for! Or maybe you just want few more 'qualifications' under your belt! All I can say is enjoy the 'school of life' and don't be so hard on yourself, there are no failures!

This number keeps appearing quite significantly in my life at the moment.  It seems to be when I check what time it is...it always seems to be at the time 11:11

At work and at home 'oh - what time is it? ...it's11:11 what's that all about?!

Exciting Times Ahead!

A new friend forwarded this site to me http://galacticchannelings.com/english/index.html which contains lots of channeled messages.  The most activity/messages seems to come from SaLuSa and the content covers what is happening now and what is to come...but the general messages is not to fear as we have many that are looking out for us.  It does not go into the specifics, as that is yet to be revealed to us, but the key themes seem to be:
- The 'truth' will be revealed (see what those might be in link below)
- First Contact (say hello to the other beings!)
- Moving to a 'Golden Age' (The Earth and everyone on it will need to ascend)

The best thing for us to do is to continue to have a 'peaceful energy that carries the energy of love'.

The current circumstances that are taking place in the Middle East, require that you keep calm and do not add to the emotional turmoil that has been generated. You have the advantage of knowing that the people will win their freedom, therefore the way in which you can help is to spread the Light into those areas in question. A peaceful energy that carries the energy of love, will have a wonderfully calming affect all round. Anger and hate simply feeds the very energies that are fomenting the troubles that you are witnessing. Having come thus far it is not the time to waver or fear the consequences, because as you know your victory over the dark Ones is assured.

The repercussions of the unrest will to a certain extent arise in all countries, and it will make the authorities think twice before taking action. They know as well as you that the old ways have run their course, but hesitate to promote the new way of thinking that calls for a total change from the old to a new paradigm. Yet it cannot be prevented from coming into being, and your energies continue to build it up so that it cannot be denied. Soon the fact that Ascension looms large must also be made known to Mankind, and that by itself will bring a great measure of peace to the world. It also allows us and other Beings of the Light to come to you, and help manifest the New Age. So you shall see great happenings as the Light works its miracles when all hope seemed to be lost. It was always intended that this cycle would end with Ascension, but did not become certain until there were a number great leaps forward in your consciousness levels.

Focus on all that is of the higher vibration, and understand that even in attaining a greater freedom souls will have made sacrifices to achieve it. Again that will have been part of their life plan, and in some instances was to atone for past mistakes. Remember Dear Ones, you agreed it in advance of birthing upon the Earth and although your freewill still operates, very few souls would change their life plan. Every time you learn something new it is a lifting up of your vibrations, and that is important if you desire to ascend. Each soul goes through a cleansing period when old karma is cleared up, and that is particularly necessary at this time. Certainly there is no lack of opportunity in your world at present, and they are best taken when you have been consciously prepared to do so.

Behind all events that happen upon Earth, there are higher Beings standing by to ensure that they do not get out of hand. Also we of the Galactic Federation are at their command and can be called to service in God’s name. Everything has purpose, and even the negative actions can be instrumental in furthering your spiritual advancement. Indeed, they often give you a chance to excel in your Light work and lift up your vibrations even higher. So you can see that literally no experience is without its value, and duality continually presents you with challenges. Perhaps you will see life a lot differently than before, and realize that it is planned to perfection, even if you cannot see its benefit to you.

The truth not only sets you free but it provides you with a reason to seek the most out of life, with a view to doing your best in all circumstances. It will speed up your evolution so that you have a definite goal in mind, and can set your sights upon it. Go within and find your pathway to Ascension, as it may be quite different to others and follow your intuition. It is useful to have guidance, but in the last reckoning be your own person and take charge of your life. You can do it and your progress will be much quicker and most satisfactory for you. You are not alone on your travels and other souls who have been chosen to be part of your experiences, will find their way into your life. Even those who turn out to be your adversaries will subconsciously know their part too, and perhaps only enter your life for a single purpose before disappearing again. You might well be amazed that with millions of souls seeking their experiences that it can work out, but it does. There are mighty Beings that oversee your lives, and their power is such that it would be beyond your present understanding.

As you move forward with the changes expect the unexpected, as some will spring up all of a sudden and will surprise you if not delight you. Our allies have worked hard to reach this point in time, and we would say that we are happy with the progress being made. You have so much to look forward this year let alone the next one. So be patient now that you are so near to experiencing some really big events, that will provide the evidence you seek to assure you all is well. The scale of what is happening is enormous, so please allow for our requirement that the time is right when we go ahead. We do not wish to rush into things without adequate preparation, and we have been extremely active on board our ships by continually updating our plans. We can in fact accurately forecast events but will not give exact dates as they are best kept secret.

All Heart

I love these signs I'm getting.  Confirmation that we're being looked after.

I went along to watch the Millwall rugby 1st team play at home on Saturday.  I took the opportunity to take some video footage for a Millwall montage I am working on (slowly) and some photos for them for facebook.  I have to admit - I was getting a bit cold standing around for about 2 hours.  It was really a miserable cloudy day.  I just happen to look up at the sky as the players were down the other end of the pitch...and saw this lovely sign :-)

A heart shape appeared as the sun was breaking through and only lasted about 5 seconds and I am glad that I managed to capture it on camera.

We won by the way!! Awesome game! Well done Millwall!

Kangaroo!

So, I had a dream last night which featured a kangaroo amongst other random things...then on the way to work this morning I saw a rather large removal van parked awkwardly at the end of my road...
which had a kangaroo symbol on the side!!!

haha - so looked it up and found this...

Calling for Roadside Assistance

I remembered this when I woke up today or rather Archangel Michael reminded me of this story and to post it up here and I haven't backdated this one, so here it is...

My first ever full contact rugby game with the girls was finally happening and I offered to drive the mini-bus as i seemed to be the only one old enough to (you need at least 7 years experience)

The mini bus is quite old and a bit dodgy to say the least, but off we set to Stanford le hope all excited and nervous about the game.  To be honest I was more worried about getting us there in one piece as the mini-bus seemed a bit flaky, the steering wheel was wonky and random lights kept on flashing on the dashboard.

We made a stop for petrol not far after we had set off and we still had about an hours drive to get the game on time.

So petrol done, and off we set...apart from the mini-bus would not start again.  Oh no! I kept on trying again and again then 'click'...uh-oh.  

The plastic bit of the key was now just spinning round as it sort of detached itself from the metal bit in the ignition - so it wasn't turning the ignition at all. Arrrrggggghhh....oh is that why there were a set of pliers on the dash board?!!  Okay use that to turn the key!!

Nope - not working

Cars were starting to queue up behind us and wondering why we were taking so long to set off it had now been 20 minutes

We all had a go at using the pliers to try and start the mini-bus and we were getting late for the game. We even called up a few people to see if there was another key - but there wasn't.  We were stuck.

Nooooo - not on our first game!

As I had my head and hands resting on the steering wheel in despair, I remembered the story I read in the 101 Angels book about roadside assistance and a lady calling on Angels to help her out of a sticky situation when her car got stuck in heavy snowfall then someone turning up to help her.  I thought alright then, got nothing to lose by asking, let's see if you can get us out of this!  So I called out in my head...'come on then, Angels, please help us out if you are there'...

tap, tap, tap

Huh?

I looked up and it was MC (Michael) one of the rugby girls housemates who was setting off in his car to support us at the game and decided to stop off at the petrol station.  'What's wrong?' he asked and so I explained the problem with the broken key.

So he used the pliers like we all did, and it worked first time for him!  Yay! - the mini bus had started! We made sure he was following us all the way to the game - he was the only one that seemed to be able to start the mini-bus!

I could not believe it!  We made it to the game just in time and we all had an awesome first game and were on a high. We didn't win - but it was a pretty darn close match!

Now you could say it was a coincidence that MC had turned up when I called out, he just happened to be stopping by anyway

But you should know the drill now...there are no coincidences!

Merkabas Anyone?

An interesting post I found on Merkabas and traveling between dimensions! It's a bit like a spiritual taxi Merkabas anyone?

Is it safe to come out and play yet?

Jeepers! We were warned that this recent energy shift was going to be a biggy, it certainly has been.  I thought I was okay after Christmas Day and then it hit me again on New Years Day. What the ?! I felt so incredibly low on Saturday I was inconsolable.  It was weird I felt a sore throat come on straight away and floods of tears came from nowhere.  I don't want to worry those who are just started going through this process, that was just how I was.  I had no idea where all this fear had come from! I thought I was fine but I seemed to be an emotional wreck that day.

I highly recommend that you have a few 'ascension' buddies to talk you through this or any of your good mates just to have around. Just to confirm you are not going mad and life is not that bad.  I just about managed to do some meditation which helped a bit and then Reiki myself to remove my sore throat which worked and had a nice long Tibetan crystal salt bath to try and get rid of the negative thoughts and emotions that seemed to have come up from no-where.  Were they mine? They didn't seem to be...had I parked something down so deep it's all come up now? Maybe...oh no, make it go away :-(

I finally called my bro and another friend to help me get out of this which they did.  Perspective and humour that normally does the trick. So I did another reiki session on myself and finally fell asleep and asked my guides to help me out a bit which I didn't even think of doing.  A friend suggested that one so thanks for the reminder!

So I woke up today and had the most awesome feeling of ...awesomeness! (sorry, I did say words were not my strong point!)   I was fine - wowsers! The weirdly negative feelings went as quick as it came - I was fine. What the heck was that about?!!!  Was it safe to venture outside? Sod it...I was going out with my camera and make the most of it...something I had not done in ages.  I was going to do my usual walk along the Thames Path and continue all the way to the British Musuem, again something I have not done in awhile!  And it felt gooooooood!

And so wonderful things happen when you feel good inside...when I was taking a picture of this...2 guys came to chat as they were about to do the same.  It turns out that one of them works for iStockphoto and Getty Images! So we exchanged business cards and so a new connection was made...who knows how it will turn out.  But me thinks it's another one of those connections where exciting things will happen!

I continued walking and decided to stop into to check out Southwark Cathedral which was lovely and full of so much symbolism of all sorts of things I did not know what to look at first! I lit a candle, something I had not done before and it felt right to do so at that moment in time.  I'm not religious at all, but I thought it would be nice to do that and send healing to a very dear friend who I think needs it at this time and then perfect timing, the Revd stood up to do a little prayer for that very purpose to send healing to those we love.  Thanks! :-)





I continued to walk through Covent Garden and popped by Buddha and a Bicycle and bought some Mala beads and some more crystals.  Lovely shop! I avoided buying these cakes, even thought they looked very yummy!

Then finally made my way to the British Museum and wow - I need to go back as I did not get there until late afternoon and so did not get very far into it.  There were so many spiritual artifacts in there to look at, it was like being a kid in a sweet shop! Must go back and also try and book ticket to see the Egyptian section :-)

The 'acorn' or the thing that represents the 'pineal' glad was EVERYWHERE!!! I have not got any pictures of them as I need to go back - but also it would have meant taking a picture of every single item!! Probably a bit excessive.

I hope this good feeling lasts - as I've got to go back to work with the 'muggles' tomorrow!
