Energy Energy Energy!
I get a feeling that more of us will talk about ourselves in terms of ENERGY - our energy levels, how to manage our energy, what is in our energy field, how is it affecting us, how our energy is affecting other people and situations, how do we work with energy more effectively? What is it?!
The work of Albert Einstein and later quantum physicist teach us that at an atomic level everything that exists in the Universe is energy, vibrating and oscillating at different rates; that the physical matter and energy are just two forms of the same thing/ So energy is all there is, including humans who are just energy vibrating at a third dimensional frequency which 'masquerades' as physical matter.
We are more than our physical bodies
The human energy field is a matrix of subtle energy fields or patterns that surround and penetrate the physical body. these fields define the spiritual, mental, emotional and physical make up of an individual and contain the blueprints for the physical body and tell the important bits of it how to function.
Our energy body is made up of our aura (energy fields), the chakras (energy centres) and the merdians (energy pathways). Like our physical body that takes in food to nourish it and give it energy, our energy body does the same. The energy fields take energy in, the chakras break it down and the meridians distribute it throughout the body.
Energy based therapies are becoming more commonplace in our lives, from Reiki to Crystal Therapies, there are plenty of therapies on offer to help us on all levels: our emotional, physical, mental and spiritual.

Reiki Training and Courses - London
I also run Reiki training courses (Usui Reiki Level 1, Usui Reiki Level 2, Usui Reiki Master Teacher) on a regular basis and I also host a series of workshops, classes and talks on different ways to find your inner peace. Events include a monthly meditation classes (Mmm) held at the Canada Water Library (Southwark, London, SE16)
I also run Reiki practice groups where people who are attuned to Reiki can meet up discuss and practice Reiki techniques
I am based in South East London (Rotherhithe, Surrey Quays, Bermondsey, Canada Water, Southwark, SE16) and also in the City of London, 2 mins walk from Liverpool Street Station
