This was when I was going through my hibernating phase and I watched this video which was part of my learning experience. Explains how it all started here on earth, how we are here, how it's evolved to where we are now.
There are lots of parts to this video - but gave me a good introduction to some of the terms mentioned in the recent workshop I had attended. Each part is about 10 minutes and there are 25 parts.
I think I had started my 'initiation' to the next level and so having a massive 'duvet' weekend and watched A LOT of YouTube videos including this one.

If you have time...enjoy. You might not resonate with all of it (as I did not at the time) but quite interesting to watch. It's a bit retro!
